The supply desk behind
Indonesia's wellness boom
WellnessEquip Indonesia sources diagnostics, longevity and wellness technology from the world's best manufacturers and lands it in Indonesian facilities — imported, installed, trained and supported.
Why we exist
Indonesia is building wellness infrastructure faster than any market in Southeast Asia — longevity clinics in Bali, executive health programs in Jakarta, recovery studios from Canggu to Batam. But the equipment that powers those businesses lives in catalogs scattered across Korea, the USA, Germany and Japan, behind distributor walls, customs codes and AKL paperwork.
We built the desk that removes that friction. One conversation, one consolidated quote, one team responsible from factory floor to your first client measurement. We quote DDP — the number includes freight, insurance, import duty, PPN and registration — because operators deserve a price, not an estimate with surprises.
How we work
We are opinionated suppliers. If a $2,000 Chinese analyzer honestly covers your use case, we'll say so before you spend $20,000; if your flagship clinic needs the reference device clients recognize, we'll explain why the flagship earns its price. Most product pages in our catalog show both routes side by side — that transparency is our sales strategy.
Our engineers install and calibrate on-site across Bali and Java, we keep consumables stocked locally, and staff training on measurement protocols is part of every delivery, not an upsell.
Where the equipment comes from
Where we deliver
Everywhere in Indonesia. Same-island deliveries from our Denpasar and Jakarta hubs typically land in 1–3 days; scheduled air and sea freight reaches Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and the eastern islands. Explore coverage by area — from Seminyak and Ubud to Jakarta and Medan.
