How is biological age measured?

Clinically deployable methods include skin autofluorescence of AGEs (AGE Reader, 800+ publications), vascular age from arterial stiffness, and composite panels adding HbA1c, oxidative stress and body composition. Epigenetic lab tests can complement but need send-out labs.
