Delivery across the strait: how it actually works

Standard route: from our Denpasar warehouse via the Padangbai–Lembar ferry, 2-4 days door to door, with our crew traveling alongside bigger installs. Compact units can fly into Lombok International when a date is tight. The Gilis add a final leg by boat — we crate against salt spray and plan the jetty handover, because there are no cars on those islands and a 3D scanner does not enjoy a horse cart. Two Lombok-specific standards on every install: voltage stabilizers, since grid dips are a fact of life outside the main towns, and batched service trips, scheduled so several sites share the travel cost.
