The FRAS 5 (Free Radical Analytical System) from Italian manufacturer H&D measures the two sides of redox balance from a capillary blood drop: d-ROMs test for reactive oxygen metabolites (oxidative stress) and PAT test for total antioxidant capacity.

Together they produce an Oxidative Stress Index that responds measurably to lifestyle interventions — sleep, training load, IV therapy, supplementation — within weeks. That makes FRAS 5 a powerful engagement engine for longevity clinics and biohacking studios: clients return to watch their numbers move.
