Wellness Equipment Prices in Indonesia: 53 Systems Compared
Updated September 30, 2026 · by the WellnessEquip Indonesia supply desk

How much does wellness equipment cost in Indonesia? Across the 53 systems in our catalog, indicative landed prices run from about $900 for a HigherDOSE red light face mask to about $105,000 for a DIERS formetric 4D spine scanner. Screening devices sit around $6,900–21,000, mid-range analyzers around $15,000–45,000 and flagship clinical systems around $45,000–105,000. Every figure below is an indicative DDP estimate — equipment, freight, import duty and PPN delivered to your city — and a supply manager confirms the final number for your order.
The list is built from the product pages of our wellness equipment catalog, so each row links to the full specification, lead time and the budget alternative we would honestly suggest. It reflects three years of supplying clinics, gyms and spas and 100+ equipment projects: individual prices move with the market, but the structure of a landed quote does not. Use it to size a budget before you ask for a quote.
How to read these prices
A ~ figure is the indicative landed price of one unit in US dollars. It covers the equipment, freight, insurance, import duty and PPN, plus installation and staff training where the product needs them. Three things change it: the rupiah-dollar exchange rate on the day of the order, the freight method (air, sea or courier) and the delivery route to your city. Some lines carry running costs on top — cartridges for point-of-care analyzers, subscriptions for HRV and scanning software, calibration gas for clinical metabolic carts — and those are noted in the price column. Items marked “price on request” are priced from an official local list, a partner program or a project scope, so we do not publish a figure for them.
Assessment and diagnostics: price list
Body composition, skin analysis, longevity biomarkers, metabolic testing, cardiovascular screening, brain health, 3D scanning and point-of-care blood testing — the measurement side of a clinic, gym or check-up floor.
Recovery, heat and cold: price list
Imported cold plunge brands, infrared saunas, red light, compression and percussion, PEMF and float — the recovery side of a spa, gym or hotel.
What typical budgets look like
Single devices rarely arrive alone. These are the budget ranges we see most often, taken from our buyer guides:
- Gym recovery corner: a starter set of about $6,000–12,000, a standard zone of $18,000–35,000 with compression and red light, and premium contrast-plus-measurement suites of $85,000–170,000. The models behind those numbers are in the gym recovery equipment list.
- Body composition station: from ~$22,500 for the ACCUNIQ BC730 to ~$90,000 for the InBody 970 — compared in body composition analyzers.
- Skin analysis consult room: ~$22,500 for the OBSERV 520x, ~$52,500 for the Cutometer and ~$67,500 for the VISIA CR / Evolution — compared in skin analysis machines.
- Longevity clinic diagnostics: $135,000–195,000 of equipment for an assessment studio and $240,000–360,000 for a clinical longevity tier — the full budget, licences included, is in how to open a longevity clinic in Bali.
Where budget alternatives fit
Most product pages show an honest budget analog next to the flagship, usually from Taiwan, Korea or China: the Charder MA601 at ~$13,000 against the InBody 970, or the Puremi AI RBX at ~$10,500 against VISIA. Chinese skin analyzers start around ~$6,500–10,500, and vetted Chinese body composition units for gyms from ~$5,800–6,900. They cover the core measurement at a fraction of the price but usually lack the validation, database or software ecosystem the flagship brands sell on. Ask, and we quote both routes side by side.
Why Indonesian prices differ from US or EU list prices
Search results often show US retail prices. A landed Indonesian price adds freight, insurance, import duty, PPN and — for equipment that needs it — installation, calibration and staff training. For US-built plunges and saunas it also covers the 230V or 240V configuration Indonesian power requires. Several brands in this list have no official Indonesian distributor, so the import is run by our desk; others, such as the Abbott point-of-care line and JANUS, ship through local channels. AKL (izin edar) status for medical devices is confirmed per model before quotation — our guide to importing wellness equipment explains the rules.

Frequently asked questions
Are these wellness equipment prices final?
No. They are indicative landed estimates in USD. A supply manager confirms the final DDP quote for your order, because it moves with the exchange rate, the freight method and the delivery route to your city.
What does a DDP price include?
Equipment, freight, insurance, import duty and PPN delivered to your door, plus installation and staff training where the product needs them. Consumables and software subscriptions are quoted separately.
Which items have running costs on top of the price?
Point-of-care analyzers use cartridges or reagent discs (i-STAT 1, Afinion 2, Piccolo Xpress), Firstbeat Life and NuCalm are subscription-based, Fit3D and Styku carry monthly software, and clinical metabolic carts such as the COSMED Q-NRG need periodic calibration gas.
Can I get one quote for several systems?
Yes. Add the systems to the inquiry cart and send the list on WhatsApp — you receive one consolidated DDP quote with lead times for the whole order.
Why do some models show price on request?
Where a brand sells through an official Indonesian price list, a partner program or project-based sourcing — JANUS Pro, FRAS 5, BioPhotonic Scanner S3, NuCalm and fNIRS systems — we quote on request instead of publishing an estimate.
